The Pandemic, Mental Health, and Me

I'm not going to comment on the impact of the pandemic on mental health in general. I'm going to talk about me. My experience of mental health crisis during the pandemic might be of limited value in learning about the general situation, but it's what I can talk about with authority, and I think there are some lessons to learn from it.
